COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note for the voucher winners, available dates will vary from artist to artist and are subject to each individual artists current waitlist.
The promotion will run from 14/09/24 to 21/09/24. No limit on entries per customer. At 7.00pm NZST on 21/09/24 entries will close.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By entering this competition, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
ELIGIBILITY
The prize only includes those products listed above, any travel, accomodation and other expenses required are not included.
The competition is only open to those aged 18 years and over, proof of age via valid identification may be required.
The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, or any other person can claim or participate on the winner’s behalf.
The tattoo design must be agreed to between both parties, no offensive, defamatory or discriminatory material or subject matter will be considered.
We can not tattoo anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated on the day of their booked appointment.
In the event that the tattoo is not completed within the full day, any subsequent or necessary follow up appointments will be undertaken at the expense of the winning party.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
At 7.00pm NZST on 19/09/24 the competition will end and a winner will be drawn via a random code generator. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via social media, if no contact has been successfully made within 7 days of the above date, a new winner will be drawn. Winners are chosen at random.
Magna Tattoo reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the studio’s control.
